EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY: All outdoor weddings in Hawaii are
required to get a land use permit before the wedding can
be performed on public land. Failure to get the required
permits for a wedding on public land can now be fined up
to $5,000.00 and having your wedding interrupted by law
enforcement officers. Currently it may take up to 4
weeks for us to get the required permits approved for
you.
