We value your

To reserve your wedding date with Paradise
Weddings, complete the new
Online
Reservation Form. We will then
create a personalized Wedding Services Agreement for you
containing your wishes and needs for your wedding, rehearsal and/or reception. This Contract will then be emailed to you for your
approval and acceptance.
Once we
receive the signed agreement back from you and the 50% deposit shown on
the agreement has been paid and the payment has cleared, your wedding date and time will be
booked for you. The
remaining amount will be due and must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the
wedding date, no exceptions. If the wedding is being booked less
than 30 days before the wedding, the entire amount will be due
to book the wedding.
Wedding
Packages must be booked at least 30 days prior to the wedding
date and can be booked up to 24 months in advance of the wedding
date.
We can accept payment of the
deposit/retainer and final balance by Master Card, Visa, American Express,
or Discover Card, Cash, Check, or PayPal Account
Transfer. If you choose to pay by Cash, Check or PayPal
Account Transfer, we still require a major credit card to be on
file as payment security.
All credit card transactions will
processed by and will show on your credit card statement as Paypal*PARADISEWED
As a
precaution against Credit Card fraud, and to comply with the
Seller Protection Policy and
Buyer Protection Policy of PayPal, Once we have booked your
wedding you will receive a Gift Certificate which will be
shipped via Priority Mail to the billing address of the
credit card. The package will have to be signed for to
verify its delivery. The original Gift Certificate must be
handed to us before the start of the ceremony. NO EXCEPTIONS

Please indicate the Wedding
Officiate that you would like to have officiate your wedding ceremony and a second choice. If the
officiate you choose is unavailable, we will contact you about substituting either the
officiate, or your wedding date or time. All possible effort will be used in honoring your request for an
officiate. Each of our Wedding Officiates have their own standards and beliefs regarding marriage and we respect their beliefs as well as yours. Your chosen
officiate will have the final determination on whether they feel comfortable performing the wedding or not. If the
officiate that you have chosen does not feel comfortable officiating your wedding due to religious beliefs, etc. we will attempt to connect you with another Wedding
Officiate who will be able to perform your wedding.
* NOTE: If you are having a Catholic wedding ceremony, you must also complete a
Declaration of Intention
before your wedding can be scheduled. This form must be on file
for the Church to
recognize your marriage. Catholic marriages will be recognized by the
Ecumenical Catholic Church of America. If the wedding ceremony is to be
recognized by the Roman Catholic Church, additional
qualification requirements set by the Roman Catholic Church will
apply.
We Gladly Accept
REMEMBER Your Wedding Is NOT Booked With Us Until We Receive The Completed
Agreement And Retainer Fee.
We will hold your date for a
period of 5 (Five) days while we complete the booking process.
Any dates not booked within this
5 (Five) day hold period are subject to booking on a first come first served
basis.
